Here at Trojan WSS we make all incoming products available for Pre-Order before it arrives in store. This allows you to make your purchase before the products hits the shelves.
How Do I Place a Pre-Order?
All products available for Pre-Order are indicated with a Pre-Order tag on our website.
The Pre-Order is also indicated on the add to cart button for the product.
To place a Pre-Order, simply add the product to your cart and check out, the same as placing a normal order.
The estimated arrival date is also outlined on the product. Please keep in mind that this arrival date is an estimate, and is subject to change
What Happens After Placing a Pre-Order
After you have placed a pre-order, one of our friendly staff will contact you to confirm that the item you have ordered is on pre-order. They will also inform you of the estimated arrival date of the product in store.
Once the item arrives in store it will be posted to you on the same day. A confirmation email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and the estimate arrival date at your door.
Late Arrivals
The estimated delivery date is outlined on most products which are available for pre-order. Unfortunately this date is an estimate, and is subject to delays. In the circumstance that the product you ordered is delayed, one of our staff will contact you to update you on the status of your Pre-Order.
If the item which you ordered is delayed past the date that you require it, you can cancel your Pre-Order and change to a different product, or refund your Pre-Order, whichever suits you best!
